1. Ways to cancel

PDFSwitch AI offers three cancellation methods:

• Website: cancel from your account dashboard at pdfswitch-ai.com, or via the button below if you arrived from a billing email.
• Email: send a cancellation request to help@pdfswitch-ai.com with your account email and order reference.
• Customer care: reach the support team via the same email — replies within 24 hours on business days.

2. Refund policy

We prioritise customer satisfaction. Subscribers who are dissatisfied within 30 days of purchase may request a full refund without penalty.

• Submit refund requests via email to help@pdfswitch-ai.com.
• Include your account email, payment method used, and reason for the request.
• Processing occurs within 7–10 business days of receipt.

3. EU right of withdrawal

Under Directive 2011/83/EU, European Union consumers may withdraw from a digital-services purchase within 14 days from registration completion, for any reason, and receive a full refund within 14 days of the cancellation notice.

If you begin actively using the service during the 14-day window, you may forfeit your withdrawal right — use is considered to begin when you sign in and process at least one file.

4. Manage your subscription

To cancel from this page, click the cancellation link in your most recent billing email. Otherwise, email help@pdfswitch-ai.com and our team will handle it within one business day.
