PDFSwitch AI includes a subscription that automatically renews until you cancel it. To avoid being charged you must affirmatively cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or then-current subscription period.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION (SEE THE ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER SECTION) THAT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO ALL SERVICES. THE ARBITRATION PROVISION REQUIRES THAT DISPUTES BE RESOLVED IN ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. IN ARBITRATION, THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY AND THERE IS LESS APPELLATE REVIEW THAN IN COURT.
FURTHERMORE, THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER.
1. Acceptance of Terms
PDFSwitch AI operates as a service of PEPPEROSE LIMITED. Users accessing this platform unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The agreement applies to all features of the AI-powered PDF platform, website, user interfaces, and associated content.
2. Changes to Terms
PEPPEROSE LIMITED reserves discretion to modify these terms at any time. The most current version appears on the website and applies from the effective date listed above.
3. How Our Service Works
PDFSwitch AI provides browser-based access to PDF tools including conversion, editing, signing, watermarking, OCR, AI chat, summarization, translation, voice reading, password protection, form filling and more. Features and content availability may change. Users bear Internet access costs. PEPPEROSE LIMITED makes no warranties regarding device or browser experience quality.
4. Membership and Billing
Billing cycle. Members authorize recurring charges at the then-current rate on the cadence shown at checkout. Pricing and charges are subject to change with notice. Membership fees are fully earned upon payment.
Plans & pricing. The current price list, trial fee and renewal cadence are shown on the checkout page and may vary by region. [Plans, billing intervals and prices are being finalised and will be posted here ahead of public launch.]
Variable amounts. Members authorize charges for varying amounts due to promotional offers, plan changes, or other charges.
Payment method updates. Members can update payment information through their account dashboard.
Tax responsibility. Charges include all applicable taxes.
5. Paid Trial
We may offer a paid (for a small payment) trial for the service.
If you do not cancel your trial during the 7-day trial period, you will be automatically charged the full Subscription Fee indicated on the payment page at the end of the 7-day trial period.
We may also from time to time offer discounted offers that automatically renew at the full, non-discounted price after the end of the discount period.
The exact trial fee, length and conversion price are disclosed on the checkout page before payment is taken. Trial pricing may vary by location to reflect local market conditions and regulations.
6. Refund Policy
Members may request a refund within 30 days of initial purchase. Requests must be submitted to help@pdfswitch-ai.com with account details and cancellation reason. No refunds apply beyond 30 days.
EU right of withdrawal. Under Directive 2011/83/EU, European Union consumers may withdraw within 14 days of registration completion for any reason and receive a full refund within 14 days of the cancellation notice.
7. Cancellation
Users may cancel immediately by visiting pdfswitch-ai.com and following the cancellation instructions, or by emailing help@pdfswitch-ai.com. PEPPEROSE LIMITED provides no refunds for partial-month periods except under the stated refund policy.
8. Right to Terminate
PEPPEROSE LIMITED reserves the right to terminate or restrict service access without notice and for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these terms.
9. Account Access and Identity Protection
Users must maintain accurate account information and password confidentiality. Users restrict device access and accept responsibility for disclosed-password consequences and shared-account actions. Public or shared device users should log out after each session.
Identity theft victims involving PDFSwitch AI accounts should notify customer service immediately.
10. Intellectual Property
Service content — text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, images, processed document output, data compilations and software — is PEPPEROSE LIMITED or supplier property, protected by international copyright laws and intellectual property treaties. Service use is restricted to personal, non-commercial purposes.
Users may not decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble accessible software, or create derivative works.
11. Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitations on Liability
THE SERVICE, INCLUDING OUR WEBSITE AND USER INTERFACES, AND ALL CONTENT AND SOFTWARE ASSOCIATED WITH IT, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PEPPEROSE LIMITED AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Neither PEPPEROSE LIMITED, its subsidiaries, shareholders, directors, officers, employees nor licensors bear liability for personal injury or special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. Maximum liability for all damages shall not exceed one month's membership fee.
12. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Except where prohibited by applicable law, you and PEPPEROSE LIMITED agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court.
In arbitration there is no judge or jury, and review of an arbitration award is more limited than an appeal in court. The arbitrator can award, on an individual basis, the same damages and relief that a court could award.
Class action waiver. You and PEPPEROSE LIMITED agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Disputes will not be consolidated or joined with those of any other person.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in a small-claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction. EU consumers retain any mandatory rights, including access to the courts, provided by the consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and enforced by competent courts in England and Wales. EU customers retain rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in their country of residence.
