This Privacy Policy explains what personal information is gathered when you use PDFSwitch AI, what we do with it, who we share it with, and the rights you have as a user. It integrates with our Terms of Service.

3. Information we collect

User-provided information. Details such as name, email address, and phone number are collected when you voluntarily submit them — for example when subscribing or contacting support. Anonymous site visits are permitted. Payment information is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor and is not stored on our servers.

File contents. Files you upload are processed to deliver the requested tool (conversion, editing, AI summarisation, etc.) and are deleted from processing servers within 1 hour.

Technical information. We automatically collect device specifications, browser details, approximate geographic location, IP addresses, and usage metrics. Cookies and similar technologies help us track this data to improve your experience.

4. How we use information

Information is maintained only during the period necessary for service provision and regulatory compliance. Uploaded files are deleted within 1 hour of processing. Account data is subsequently deleted or rendered anonymous once your membership ends and any tax-retention period has elapsed.
